I’m a Health and Fitness instructor with over 30 years of experience, teaching everything from Yoga and Pilates to HIIT and Reformer. I love blending classic moves like the Pilates 100 or Sun Salutation with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas. My goal is to challenge participants in fun, motivating ways that are both effective and achievable. How long are the classes?
Our Pilates Reformer classes run for 60 minutes. Just the right amount of time for a solid full-body workout without taking up your whole day. You’ll leave feeling great!
What should i wear?
Wear something comfortable that you can easily move in, like leggings or workout shorts and a fitted top. Grip socks are a great idea for extra stability on the reformer, and you'll be barefoot or in socks during class. Just come as you are, ready to move and feel good!
Do i need equipment
We provide everything you’ll need for the class, including the reformer machine. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We’ve got the rest covered!
Can i come back daily?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to join our classes as often as you like. Consistency is key for seeing progress, so feel free to come daily if that fits your schedule. We’re here to support your fitness journey every step of the way!
