The Salon has constantly kept up with industry changes and trends over the past ten years, offering equipment and services for everything from beauty basics to advanced aesthetics and anti-ageing treatments. We only offer treatments that we believe in and that are proven safe and well researched - no fads here!
What got you into Aesthetics?
I've always been interested in natural enhancement. My quest for knowledge has led me to develop new skills, techniques, and ideas. I'm passionate about skin and the science behind it, which is reflected in our product offerings.
Could you describe your typical customer?
The Salon has a broad range of clients, including regulars who are recommended and those who travel a couple hours for treatments. We even have a few clients who travel from West London. We're grateful for all our regulars who keep coming back.
How has the beauty industry changed over the last ten years?
You cannot sit still and expect to succeed in today's business world! Social media and expert sources like google have made information more accessible than ever before, but they've also had some negative impacts. Real-life experience and results are what matter most, and that's what you'll get at our salon. We have a real issue with clinics and beauty therapists who provide treatments after fast-track courses. This is not a safe or effective learning programme. At our salon, you're buying into ten years of experience and success.
What is your go to beauty treatment of the year?
